Cast Aluminum License Plates

We specialize in raised letter name personalized 6"x12" cast aluminum vanity front bumper license plates also know as car tags or plaques. We use stock letters for the basic letters and we also do plates with custom letters and logos. Cast plates made using the stock letters will have a textured enameled background with embossed raised letters.
Custom plates are made by using your art work to create a vector file that can be used on a CNC to cut a master pattern for the casting process.
NOTE: Custom cast plates will have a smooth background and are higher in cost because of the complex process to turn your art into a castable master pattern. Price will vary based on the amount of detail in the design. In most cases the 1st plate can be designed and cast for $250.00

Cast Aluminum License Plates Custom Cast Starting At $249.95 Anodizing is a process that converts the outer layer of aluminum into a passive oxide that can be dyed. This is done by putting the part in a sulfuric acid bath then running an electrical current though the part. Aluminum Oxide is a very hard substance that occurs as Rubies and Sapphires in nature.
